Do you permanently store my files?

No. Uploaded input files and generated output files are stored temporarily on Cloudflare R2 and automatically deleted based on your plan's retention window:
Free & Starter: 1 day
Pro: 2 days
Business & Enterprise: 3 days

How do credits work?

Credits are calculated per file using a fixed base cost (1, 5, or 15 credits) multiplied by a file-size multiplier. Total job credits are the exact sum across all files and workflow steps.

Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance that resets on your renewal date. You can also purchase top-up credit packs that never expire — plan credits are always spent first.

What happens when I run out of credits?

Jobs will not start if you have insufficient credits — there are no surprise overage charges. You can purchase a top-up credit pack from the billing page at any time. Top-up credits never expire and are used after your monthly allowance is exhausted.

What analytics or monitoring do you use?

Deliteful uses Vercel Analytics for aggregate site performance, Sentry for error monitoring, and standard Cloudflare infrastructure telemetry. File contents are never inspected for analytics purposes.

Is my data used for AI training?

No. Files are never indexed, analyzed, or used for AI training. Processing is deterministic and ephemeral.
