Do you permanently store my files?
No. Files are written temporarily to Cloudflare R2 only so they can be processed. They are automatically deleted shortly after your job completes. Deliteful does not retain, index, or analyze your files.
What file types do you support?
Excel (.xlsx), CSV, Google Sheets exports, Word (.docx), Google Docs exports, and PDF files. Additional deterministic formats will be added over time.
How do credits work?
Each credit represents one file being passed through one tool. For example: uploading 10 files and applying 3 tools = 30 credits. Credits refresh monthly according to your plan.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Processing happens inside isolated Modal serverless functions. Temporary files are automatically deleted, and no human — including the Deliteful team — has access to your data.
Do you support bulk upload or workflow pipelines?
Yes. Depending on your plan, you can upload batches of 20, 50, or 100 files at once and apply multiple deterministic tools in a single pipeline. This is the most efficient way to use Deliteful.
