Refund Policy

Deliteful subscriptions are billed through Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. This policy explains standard refund handling.
1. General Rule
Except where required by law, purchases are final. We may provide discretionary refunds for duplicate purchases, verified platform outages, or documented technical failures that prevented access to the Service.
2. Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights under applicable consumer law in your jurisdiction.
3. EU/UK Digital Services Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA/UK, you may generally have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance purchases.
For digital services that begin immediately, withdrawal rights may be waived once performance starts, where permitted by law and after required disclosures and consent at checkout.
4. Renewals and Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not retroactively reverse completed billing periods, except where required by law.
5. Annual Plans
Annual plans are prepaid and discounted. Mid-cycle partial refunds are not offered unless required by law or approved in a documented service failure case.
6. How to Request a Refund
Contact support with your account email, invoice or charge details, and a concise explanation of the issue. We typically respond within 3 to 5 business days.
