Do credits reset every month?
Yes. Credits refresh monthly on every plan, including annual billing (Free includes 20 credits each month).
What happens if I exceed my monthly credits?
On Free and Starter, jobs are paused until your credits reset next month. On Pro, Business, and Enterprise, you can purchase credit top-up packs to continue processing immediately.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can change or cancel anytime, and changes apply at the next billing cycle.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.
Are all tools available on every plan?
Yes. All plans include access to all tools. Plans differ by limits and capacity.
What if I need more than the maximum workflow steps?
Enterprise supports up to 10 steps per workflow today. If you need more, split the process into phases.
What are top-up packs?
Top-up packs let Pro, Business, and Enterprise subscribers purchase additional credits instantly when their monthly allowance runs out. Credits are added immediately and never expire within the billing period.
What support is included?
All plans are fully self-serve. Support is focused on billing issues and reproducible bug reports.
