Terms of Service

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You are responsible for maintaining account security and for activity under your account.

Deliteful provides deterministic file-processing tools, including spreadsheet cleaning, PDF manipulation, document formatting, data extraction, and related utilities.

Files are processed in isolated Modal environments and stored temporarily in Cloudflare R2 before automatic deletion under plan retention rules.

Paid subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Credits refresh according to your plan cycle. Annual plans are billed on a 12-month cycle at the listed discounted rate.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. Pricing, taxes, and invoicing are handled by the Merchant of Record.

Refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are governed by our Refund Policy.

The Service enforces plan-based limits, including file-size caps, batch limits, workflow limits, retention windows, and credit rules. Attempting to bypass these controls is prohibited.

We may apply abuse-prevention controls such as rate limits and temporary restrictions to protect platform integrity and availability.

You may not misuse the Service. Prohibited activity includes malware uploads, illegal content, circumvention of security controls, abusive automation, and account sharing or resale.

Uploaded files and generated outputs are processed for the purpose of providing the Service and are automatically deleted under plan retention windows.

Privacy details are in our Privacy Policy.

We aim for high availability, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, security risk, abuse, or legal requirements.

You may not use the Service in violation of applicable export-control or sanctions laws. You represent that you are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.

The Service and related software, branding, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable law.

You retain rights to your input files and lawful outputs you generate, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business interruption.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where prohibited by law, including non-waivable consumer rights.

These Terms are governed by Maryland law, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence may give you rights that cannot be waived by contract. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the Service or other appropriate channels.
