Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines activities that are prohibited when using Deliteful. Violations may result in rate limits, suspension, or termination of your account.
1. Prohibited Content
- Malware, ransomware, or malicious executables
- Files that attempt to exploit parser or library vulnerabilities
- Content that violates intellectual property rights
- Illegal material of any kind
- Harassing, hateful, or abusive content
2. Prohibited Activities
- Attempting to breach Deliteful’s security or access other accounts
- Reverse-engineering, probing, or bypassing rate limits or quotas
- Automated scraping or harvesting of the Service
- Uploading unusually large volumes of files outside your plan’s limits or intentionally attempting to overwhelm the system
- Using automation to create rapid-fire workflows without authorization
- Sharing, reselling, or sublicensing your account credentials
3. Fair Use
Usage must remain within your plan’s monthly credit allowance and file-size limits. Bulk uploads and workflow pipelines must remain within your tier’s permitted file count. Excessive or abusive usage patterns may require upgrading to the Business or Enterprise plan.
4. Deterministic Processing Only
Deliteful is designed for predictable, deterministic file processing. Users may not attempt to use the Service to run arbitrary code, probabilistic models, or custom scripts. Only approved tools and workflows may be executed.
5. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate violations of this AUP and take appropriate action, including rate limiting, suspension, or account termination as necessary to protect the Service.
