Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets prohibited behavior and usage restrictions for Deliteful. This AUP forms part of the Terms of Service.
1. Prohibited Content
- Malware, ransomware, exploit payloads, or harmful executables
- Content that violates intellectual-property rights
- Illegal content or content you do not have rights to process
- Harassing, hateful, abusive, or threatening material
2. Prohibited Activities
- Attempting to compromise accounts or platform security
- Bypassing plan limits, quotas, or abuse protections
- Automated scraping or unauthorized high-volume crawling
- Stress testing without written permission
- Reselling or sharing account access
3. Operational Limits and Fair Use
Usage must remain within your plan limits for credits, file sizes, batch sizes, and workflow capacity.
Abusive patterns may trigger throttling, temporary restrictions, or enforcement actions.
4. Allowed Workloads
Deliteful is for deterministic file processing using supported tools and workflows. Attempts to execute arbitrary code or unsupported workloads are prohibited.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take actions including request blocking, account suspension, account termination, and legal reporting where required.
Enforcement may occur without prior notice where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
