Merge Amazon FBA and Marketplace Excel Reports Into One Consolidated Sheet

Amazon sellers managing multiple marketplaces — US, UK, EU — or running both FBA and FBM inventory end up with a pile of Seller Central reports that each live in separate Excel files. Cross-marketplace P&L analysis, ad spend reconciliation, and inventory planning all require these to be in one place first. Deliteful's Excel Combine Sheets tool does that merge in seconds.

Amazon's Seller Central reports are notorious for schema inconsistencies across marketplaces and report types. Your US FBA Inventory report, your EU Orders report, and your Sponsored Products campaign export all use different column sets. Even within a single marketplace, downloading the same report type month-over-month sometimes produces slightly different column orders. Building a unified dataset manually means reformatting before you can even start analysis.

Deliteful processes all uploaded reports together, reads first-row headers from every sheet, and outputs the full column union in a single worksheet. Marketplace-specific columns appear for all rows, with empty cells where a marketplace doesn't have that field. Tag rows with their source filename — encoding the marketplace and report type — and you have a fully attributed dataset ready for profitability modeling or inventory forecasting.

How it works

  1. 1

    Download your Seller Central reports

Export FBA inventory, orders, ad spend, or any other reports as .xlsx files from each marketplace.

  2. 2

    Upload all reports to Deliteful

Drag all files in at once — reports from different marketplaces and different report types are all processed together.

  3. 3

    Enable source file tagging

Turn on 'Include source file name' so each row is labeled with its marketplace and report type for attribution filtering.

  4. 4

    Download your unified dataset

Use the combined sheet for cross-marketplace P&L analysis, inventory planning, or ad spend reconciliation.

Frequently asked questions

Can I combine FBA inventory reports from multiple Amazon marketplaces into one sheet?
Yes. Upload the inventory export from each marketplace and enable 'Include source file name.' Each row will be tagged with its originating file, letting you filter or pivot by marketplace in the combined dataset.
What if Amazon changed the column layout of a report between months?
Deliteful handles this correctly. The output schema is the union of all columns across all uploaded files, so a new column that appeared in month 3 will be present for all rows, with empty cells for months 1 and 2 where that column didn't exist.
Can I combine my Sponsored Products ad reports with my sales reports in the same sheet?
You can upload both report types in one job and they will be combined. However, since ad reports and sales reports have very different schemas, most columns will be empty for rows from the other report type. Many sellers prefer to combine like report types separately for cleaner analysis.
Does Deliteful work with Amazon's .txt flat-file exports as well as .xlsx?
Deliteful supports .xlsx and .xls input formats. Amazon's tab-delimited .txt flat files would need to be converted to Excel format first before uploading.
