Sort Amazon Inventory and PPC Report Data by Any Column

Amazon sellers export inventory feeds, PPC search term reports, and sales data from Seller Central as Excel files that arrive in platform order — not the order you need for restocking decisions or ad bid analysis. Deliteful sorts those exports by ASIN, ROAS, sales rank, or any other column in one upload, so you get to the insight faster.

A restocking decision requires knowing which ASINs are lowest on inventory relative to their sales velocity. A PPC optimization session starts by sorting search terms by ACOS descending to cut the worst performers, then by spend descending to prioritize the highest-impact changes. Both workflows begin with the same bottleneck: a Seller Central export in arbitrary row order that has to be sorted before any analysis is useful. When you are managing 200+ ASINs or thousands of search terms, doing that sort manually in Excel each session is a real time cost.

Deliteful sorts each worksheet in your workbook by the column you specify — 'Units Available', 'ACOS', 'Sales Rank', 'Spend', or any Seller Central field name. Multi-tab workbooks (common when you export by marketplace or campaign type) are handled in one pass, with each sheet sorted independently. Numeric values sort as numbers, so ACOS percentages and spend figures sort correctly rather than alphabetically as text.

How it works

  1. 1

Export your Seller Central report as Excel

Download your inventory, PPC, or sales report from Amazon Seller Central in .xlsx format.

  2. 2

    Upload the file to Deliteful

Drop in the exported file — multi-sheet workbooks covering multiple marketplaces or campaigns are supported.

  3. 3

Enter the column to sort by

Type the exact column header: 'ACOS', 'Units Available', 'Sales Rank', 'Spend', 'ROAS', or whichever metric drives your current decision.

  4. 4

    Choose sort direction

Descending to surface highest ACOS or lowest inventory first; ascending for alphabetical ASIN or lowest-spend-first review.

  5. 5

    Download and begin your analysis

Open the sorted report and work through your restocking list or bid optimization without any further reordering.

Frequently asked questions

Can I sort a PPC search term report by ACOS to find my worst-performing terms first?
Yes. Enter 'ACOS' as the column name and select descending to bring the highest ACOS terms to the top. Make sure ACOS values are stored as numbers rather than text with a percent sign for correct numeric sorting.
Does this work on inventory files with separate sheets for FBA and FBM?
Yes. Deliteful sorts each worksheet independently. If both sheets share the same column name, both are sorted. Sheets without that column are left untouched.
Will ASIN codes sort correctly?
ASINs are text strings, so they sort alphabetically ascending or descending. This is correct behavior for grouping or scanning by ASIN — numeric sorting does not apply to ASIN values.
Can I sort multiple Seller Central export files in one session?
Yes. Upload multiple files at once and the same column name and direction are applied to each file independently.
