Merge FBA Inventory, Settlement, and Ad Console Excel Exports Into One Dataset
Amazon sellers pulling FBA inventory reports, settlement statements, and Sponsored Products exports from Seller Central end up with three or more Excel files with completely different column structures every week — and profitability analysis can't happen until they're combined. Deliteful's Excel Merge tool consolidates all those exports into one aligned dataset automatically.
Seller Central generates each report type in isolation: your FBA inventory file has ASIN, SKU, and quantity columns; your settlement report has transaction type, amount, and fee breakdowns; your ad console export has campaign, spend, and ACOS. None of these align out of the box. Sellers who want a complete per-ASIN profitability picture — revenue minus fees minus ad spend minus COGS — have to manually assemble these files first, a process that takes 30–60 minutes and breaks any time Amazon changes a column name in an export.
Deliteful takes the first worksheet from each uploaded file and outputs a single merged sheet with all rows and all columns via union logic. A column present in your settlement report but absent from your inventory file still appears in the output — inventory rows simply have an empty cell there. The result is a flat, formula-free .xlsx you can pivot by ASIN, filter by SKU, or load into a profitability calculator without rebuilding a fragile master template.

Frequently asked questions
- Can I merge my FBA inventory report and settlement statement into one file?
- Yes. Upload both files and the output will contain all rows from both reports with every column from both aligned. Because these reports have entirely different schemas, all columns from both will appear — you can then use VLOOKUP or filtering to link records by ASIN or order ID.
- Amazon sometimes changes column names in Seller Central exports — will that break the merge?
- No. The tool treats each column name as-is from the source file. If Amazon renames a column between export cycles, it will appear as a new column in the merged output rather than breaking the job. You may need to re-map column references in your analysis, but the merge itself won't fail.
- Can I merge weekly ad console exports into a monthly performance dataset?
- Yes. Upload all four weekly files and the merged output will contain every row from every week with all columns aligned — ready for monthly ACOS, spend, and conversion analysis.
- Does the tool work with the .xlsx files Seller Central generates directly?
- Yes. Seller Central exports in .xlsx format are supported. If a report downloads as .xls, that format is also accepted.
- Will the merge preserve ASIN and SKU values accurately?
- Yes. All cell values are carried as-is from source files. Text fields like ASINs and SKUs are not modified, truncated, or reformatted.
