Pull Exhibits and Filing Pages Out of Large Case PDFs in Seconds
Paralegals spend significant time manually splitting multi-hundred-page case files to isolate the exhibits, deposition excerpts, or court orders that attorneys actually need. Deliteful's Extract PDF Pages tool eliminates that busywork — specify the exact pages, get a clean PDF back, done.
Case management in litigation means constantly working with voluminous PDFs: full deposition transcripts, exhibit-laden contracts, multi-exhibit trial binders. When a supervising attorney needs only Exhibit C or the three pages of a deposition covering a key date, the traditional workflow is to open a PDF editor, navigate to the correct pages, export, and rename — often repeated dozens of times per case. That manual overhead adds up to hours per week that could go toward substantive work.
Deliteful handles extraction server-side at 1 credit per file. You enter a comma-separated page list (1-based), and the tool produces a new PDF with just those pages in the order you specified. No desktop software, no subscription to a PDF suite, no risk of accidentally saving over the original. Free accounts include 20 credits per month — enough for everyday extraction tasks.

Frequently asked questions
- Can I extract exhibit pages from a PDF that has both the agreement and all exhibits combined?
- Yes. Identify the page range for the specific exhibit, enter those page numbers, and the tool creates a standalone PDF containing only that exhibit. It works with any combination of non-consecutive pages.
- What happens if I enter a page number that doesn't exist in the document?
- Pages outside the document's actual page count are silently ignored. The output PDF will contain only the valid page numbers you specified, so there's no error — just omission of the out-of-range request.
- Can duplicate page numbers appear in the output?
- Yes — if you list the same page number twice, it will appear twice in the output PDF. This is intentional behavior, useful if you need a page repeated, but worth double-checking your list before extracting.
- Is the original PDF modified when I extract pages?
- No. The extraction creates an entirely new PDF file. Your original uploaded document is never altered or overwritten.
