Reorder PDF Pages for Court Filings and Legal Binders
Assembling exhibits and legal binders often means dealing with PDFs whose pages arrived in the wrong order — scanned out of sequence, exported from a case management system, or merged from multiple sources. Deliteful's Reorder PDF Pages tool lets you specify the exact page sequence you need and outputs a clean, corrected PDF instantly.
Paralegals routinely prepare exhibit binders, deposition packages, and filing sets where page order is dictated by court rules, Bates numbering schemes, or attorney instructions. A single transposed page can mean a rejected filing or a scrambled exhibit set. Manually printing, reordering, and rescanning wastes 20–40 minutes per document — time that compounds across a busy litigation docket.
Deliteful processes the reorder entirely server-side: upload your PDF, enter a comma-separated page sequence (e.g. 3, 1, 2, 4), and download the corrected file. Pages not listed in your sequence are excluded from the output, which also makes this tool useful for stripping cover sheets or placeholder pages before filing. No desktop software, no plugins, no IT request required.

Frequently asked questions
- Can I remove pages while reordering a PDF?
- Yes. Any page number you omit from the sequence will not appear in the output file. This lets you reorder and strip unwanted pages — like cover sheets or blank separators — in a single step.
- What happens if I enter a page number that doesn't exist in the PDF?
- Invalid or out-of-range page numbers are ignored. The output will contain only the valid pages you listed, in the order you listed them.
- Can I duplicate a page by listing it twice?
- Yes. Entering the same page number more than once will include that page multiple times in the output. This is useful when you need a signature page to appear at multiple points in a binder.
- Is the original PDF modified or stored permanently?
- No. Your original uploaded file is never modified. Deliteful processes a copy server-side and returns the result; files are not retained after processing.
- How many pages can I reorder at once?
- There is no hard page-count limit imposed by the reorder tool itself. Very large PDFs are subject to standard upload size limits on your plan.
