Extract SKUs, Emails, or Prices from E-commerce CSVs

E-commerce managers work with large product catalogs and order exports daily — and frequently need just one column: a SKU list for a supplier, email addresses for a campaign, or prices for a bulk update. Deliteful's CSV Extract Column tool pulls that single field into a clean text list without touching the rest of your data.

A typical Shopify or Amazon inventory export contains 20–40 columns. When you need to send a supplier just your active SKU list, or hand your email team a clean subscriber list from an order export, opening the full CSV and manually isolating one column wastes time and risks accidental edits. Extracting the column directly to a text file takes seconds and leaves your source data untouched.

This tool is particularly useful for recurring e-commerce workflows: pulling order IDs for bulk fulfillment updates, extracting product URLs for SEO audits, or isolating customer emails for a re-engagement campaign. Upload the CSV, type the column name exactly as it appears in the header row, and download a trimmed, row-ordered text file ready to paste or import.

How it works

  1. 1

Export your product or order CSV

Download the relevant CSV from Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, your ERP, or any order management system.

  2. 2

    Upload and name the column

Upload the file to Deliteful and type the exact column header you need (e.g., 'sku', 'email', 'price').

  3. 3

    Download and use your list

Get a plain text file with one value per line — ready to paste into a supplier sheet, import tool, or email platform.

Frequently asked questions

Can I extract SKUs from a Shopify product export CSV?
Yes. Export your product CSV from Shopify admin, upload it to Deliteful, and enter the column name exactly as it appears in the header row (typically 'Handle' or 'Variant SKU' depending on the export type).
What if my CSV has thousands of rows?
The tool handles large CSVs. All non-empty values from the specified column are extracted and written to the output file, one per line, in the original row order.
Will duplicate SKUs or emails appear in the output?
Yes — the tool preserves all values including duplicates. If you need a deduplicated list, you can paste the output into a spreadsheet and use a remove-duplicates function after extraction.
Does this work with Amazon flat file exports?
Yes, as long as the file is saved as a standard CSV with a header row. Amazon flat files exported as tab-delimited .txt files would need to be converted to CSV first.
